Rachel Nichols Talks About Her Success in Sports Reporting

Rachel Nichols is one of the most respected sports journalists. Her skills, wit, and courage took her from Washington Post to being the best sports reporter on ESPN then the older sports reporter on CNN, and then back to ESPN.

In an interview with Molly Knight, a sports writer, Rachel Nichols notes that she joined the career, thanks to her love for sports. From an early age, she knew that she would not make it as a professional athlete, and she sought to join any other careers in sports. She started her career at the Washington Post as a sports writer. However, she loved the fact that TV reporting was immediate. On the side, she would help the cricket reporter for TV, and that is how she honed her skills.

In the course of her career, Rachel Nichols has interviewed almost all notable sportsmen and women, current and retired.
